Moving forward safely: Serving those who provide essential services
The COVID-19 virus is impacting us as a global community. As many of us are being affected and are adapting at a local level, we wanted to share the approach that GTT is taking.
First, the team at GTT would like to thank all emergency responders and healthcare professionals for their hard work and dedication during this uncertain time. We continue to be inspired by your bravery and selflessness. Our thoughts are also with those who are sick and we wish you a full and speedy recovery.
The team at GTT is committed to serving its customers, while ensuring the safety of its employees, customers, suppliers and communities. In accordance with the CDC’s guidance regarding social distancing, GTT has moved to a work from home recommendation for all able employees at the Oakdale, MN offices, which began Wednesday, March 17th. Our employees will continue to be available via phone, video conferencing and email, should you need assistance or updates.
All essential services will continue with the staff responsible for service, warranty, shipping, receiving and production continuing to work from the office, but in a modified environment to ensure the safety of our employees. We are closely managing our supply chains daily and intend to fulfill orders as planned. We will continue to proactively contact customers with shipment issues if or when they occur.
As the situation continues to evolve, we will seek to communicate our path forward. As always, we appreciate your feedback and questions.
