Smarter traffic management decisions — in a single loop

More vehicles no longer means more congestion. The Canoga traffic sensing solution captures precise, real-time traffic data so traffic engineers can make faster, more accurate decisions to keep traffic moving smoothly on roadways.

Introduced in 2015, the Canoga 9000 series card is the only solution to add speed, class and count to detection capabilities in a single loop for unmatched performance and convenience. Engineers can use it to alleviate traffic congestion, plan for road construction, set traffic signal intervals and warn motorists of dangers ahead.

The Canoga 9000 series offers single width, four-channel traffic management card, replacing legacy cards in inductive loop systems at signalized intersections, on-ramps, freeways and even bicycle lanes. Traffic data collected by Canoga systems can be used to alert congestion signage, control ramp meters and monitor priority lanes.

And it includes GTT’s revolutionary Central Management Software (CMS) so engineers can generate custom reports and receive maintenance alerts from a centralized location to simplify operations.

Compatible with standard inductive loop sensors for fast, easy replacement
Add speed, class & count data to detection capabilities – in a single loop
Ethernet port included for real-time communications from remote locations
On-screen display with key data to simplify installation and configuration
Communications between the intersection and CMS are encrypted to protect unauthorized access
9000 Series encompasses all of the standard features and capabilities of the Canoga 924 card
