The Albany, NY-based Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) has added to and upgraded its Opticom™ transit signal priority (TSP) system from Global Traffic Technologies, LLC (GTT), as part of its second bus rapid transit (BRT) project on the River Corridor- Blue Line.
